SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all our plant orders within 10 days. If your order is grown and ready to go we aim to dispatch orders at the beginning of the week following your order, on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of the week following your order (avoiding plants being delayed in the post over a weekend). All our herbs are dispatched with next day or 48hour delivery where next day is not available (Highlands and Channel Islands). £8.50 start fee for postage. This is to reduce the time the plants are in the post. Plants are available for dispatch April to October. Some plants are available slightly later in May. We aim to package our plants with care. Some soil may spill during transit, but the plant will be ok and soon recover from its journey with a little TLC and some water.
Customer Satisfaction
On the rare occasions that due to circumstances beyond our control problems can happen. If you are not happy with the condition of your plants when they arrive, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures so we can deal with your concerns and feedback to our courier service. We will strive to achieve a resolution to the situation that you are happy with.

You can pay for your herbs by card online, In our website shop. All major cards are accepted.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
We can provide individual potted herbs wholesale, minimum order and mileage for delivery charged. We are happy to discuss your needs.
